A walkabout

It’s been a while since the last long hike, but I have been out with my camera.  It’s completely normal for my husband and I to walk 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) when we ‘just need to get out of the house for some sunshine’.  Even grey days are worth wandering around with your pocket camera: Keep your eyes peeled and don’t walk too fast.  One day I was racing a little old lady – I’d stop to take photos and she’d get ahead, then I’d pass her, then…  Life’s too short: Stop to take the photos.  Find more everyday photos like this one of Strømmen Kirke, built in 1929 by architect Olav Olson, on instagram @mariewarnerpreston
