Parque de Vista Alegre, Santiago de Compostela, Spain. I crossed through here many times during my month in the city. This path is lined with apple trees and leads to a peculiar building. One wall is made of large natural stones, held in place by gravity and strong steel bars. One wall is made of plastic CD cases. There is a roof, but no real building. I wandered with paper in my hand and pencil over my ear and ended up here, tucked between the large stones, to create a sketch in this quiet space.
